Sponsor A Orphan and Community poor Child

Partnership for an orphan or for an underprivileged community child

The HFN tries the children in Nepal as well as we can to help. Some children can not live with their families for various reasons, they become orphans. These children we take in our orphanage and try them by forming a better future to allow. Here the children get enough food and a loving home. It is always best if children can live with their parents. We therefore support the families in poverty. Families in which the children can still live with their parents, but enough money not for important things like education. We also allow these children an education and support them as much as possible. These two programs are our "orphan program" and our "church kids". You can do in both programs much good, with financial assistance: partnership or donation. To this end, more information are given below.

Why Sponsor a community Child's Education?

Nepal is one of the world's poorest countries with the 21st highest poverty rate. Half the population is jobless and many live on $1 US or less a day. In this condition it is very hard for families to send their children to school so they never get the opportunity to gain an education and it is very difficult for them to achieve a better life for themselves. Education is paramount in helping the community children of Nepal realize a better life for their future and give them the best possible.

HFN is attempting to improve these community children's lives and future by running a sponsorship program for Community Children from low income families. Sponsorship through HFN provides children with the invaluable opportunity to enter or remain in education, and realize their full potential.
