Mission & Vision
Our Mission
At Volunteer Orphanage Nepal, our mission is to provide care, shelter, and education to orphaned, abandoned, and impoverished children in Nepal. We aim to give every child hope for a better future through access to quality education and holistic development—intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
We focus especially on children from poverty-stricken communities who cannot afford schooling. Our goal is to build a strong network of international and local volunteers—those who are passionate about serving. Whether by working in the orphanage, supporting rural communities, or donating time and skills, volunteers play a key role in helping children thrive.
Our Vision
In 2020, we moved into a new home, which we envision as a vibrant, central hub of hope and transformation. This space serves as a base to expand our outreach to support more orphans, street children, and vulnerable women in the community.
We aim to grow as a center of excellence in care, education, and empowerment—with the help of compassionate volunteers, skilled educators, and those willing to share love and service. Our homestay program also provides a unique opportunity for visitors to experience Nepali culture in a warm, family-like environment.
